Qualifying Signer.
*International Signers are requested to call our office to schedule an eClosing.
Paragon Title is proud to offer eClosings to our Sellers located all over the globe.
Our eClosings are NOT limited to U.S. Citizens.
However, additional coordination is required to accommodate signers. If any signer is not a U.S. Citizen, please notify our office prior to scheduling your eClosing.
Reliable Internet Connection.
eClosings require the ability to stream audio and video over the internet. Accordingly, signers will need a strong internet connection to complete the eClosing.
If your internet connection is not reliable or strong enough to handle the load, the eClosing will fail. (Pro Tip: If using wifi, sit near the router.)
Compatible Device.
Sellers can complete an eClosing on an iPhone, iPad, Android , or Computer with a webcam and audio.
We recommend using a Computer.
If accessing via Computer, use a compatible browser.
If you are accessing your eClosing from a Computer, you should prepare to access the Notarize platform via Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox version 2.0 or greater.
Notarize does not support Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
