The Mobile Notary will bring the closing documents and all necessary supplies to the signing appointment. After reviewing the signed documents with a Paragon Attorney, the Notary will deliver them to Paragon for processing.

Paragon does not employ Mobile Notaries and does not derive any benefit from referring our customers. As a free service, we are happy to help coordinate a Mobile Notary appointment. In doing so, we will consult 123Notary.com and other similar rating resources. However, we are unable to independently vet or vouch for specific providers.
They Charge a Fee.
Paragon does not charge a fee to arrange for a Mobile Notary. However, that Notary will charge a fee for their service. Fees typically range between $150 and $250. Once a Notary is selected, the fee will be disclosed before the party is obligated to use them.
They are Subject to Availability and Restrictions*.
Our ability to schedule a Mobile Closing will be based on Mobile Notary availability. At times, increased demand for Mobile Notaries caused by coronavirus may result in limited scheduling options. We will work to keep your closing on track and you in the loop.
